At Velin By Rosy, we take pride in delivering quality garments that meet your expectations. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 5-day return policy on all dresses.
Eligibility Criteria
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition.
- All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- Returns must be initiated within 5 days of the delivery date.
How to Initiate a Return

Important Notes
- We currently do not offer exchanges.
- Return shipping charges (if applicable) are the customer's responsibility unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval and process the refund as per our refund policy.
